Chloe Fulton (b. 2000) is a painter from the northwest side of Chicago. She received her BFA in Art + Art History from the University of Illinois. Her paintings tell stories about what goes on in alleys and barrooms, about drinking, sordidness, and youth. She currently works in a small bedroom studio in a Victorian home called Schoolhouse.
